LGF: Syrian MP Confirms: Syria Arming for War

A member of the Syrian parliament has confirmed to Al Jazeera TV that Syria is arming its military to fight a war with Israel, expected to break out this summer.

A member of the Syrian parliament, Muhammad Habash, confirmed on Tuesday that his country was actively preparing for war with Israel, expected to break out in the summer, Israel Radio reported.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Habash said it was no secret that the Syrian military was arming itself for the upcoming confrontation with the IDF.

He also claimed that the Israeli government was the one that wanted the war so that it could survive politically.

But wait — I thought Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said Bashar Assad was ready to resume the peace process?

Atlas Shrugs: Post-Bush Bush

There is no excuse for the utter abandonment of the Bush Doctrine or  Bush's complete capitulation to neo State Arabist mentality. He has moved the bar so low that anyone one center or right of him is labeled a right wing extremist. There is no difference between him and the Dhimmicrats.

Caroline Glick in today's Jerusalem Post nails it:
